The ear is a microcosm, map and gateway to the energetic systems of the entire body.  By placing tiny, thin, sterile needles at specific points in each ear, balance is restored to the body, mind and spirit.

Join Diana Horowitz, yoga teacher and licensed acupuncturist, in this informative and experiential workshop.  You’ll warm up with chanting, breath work and gentle yoga postures and learn about the effects of the ear acupuncture points. After Diana places the ear needles, you’ll rest in a restorative yoga posture for the remainder of the workshop.
