When you book an appointment, you will receive an email from Opal Acupuncture asking you to set up an online account through a digitally secure software system called Jane. In your account you can; fill out and submit your intake and consent forms to Opal Acupuncture, make and keep track of your payments, see and make changes to upcoming appointments and more!
Insurance
Diana is not signed up as an in-network health insurance provider at this time. She is happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement or towards meeting your deductible.
Good News for HSA, FSA & HRA Holders! Acupuncture services are covered by Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA). Please let Diana know if you have any questions or need a receipt.
